PLEASE: note that all staff and others working from STFC sites are required to undertake two separate but related activities (training and workstation risk assessment) in respect to DSE safety management, both can be found using this link on Totara:

Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Training​​

STFC staff should already have accounts on Totara (use STFC Staff Login with Single Sign On​). Cockcroft, Research Complex and RFI colleagues may already have accounts but will need separate passwords. STFC tenants can create new accounts.​

If you have any problems with your DSE workstation please complete a recent workstation risk assessment and then talk through the results with your line manager. Should you require medical input then please see Occupational Health management referral​. If you have an injury which is work related, this should be reported on Evotix Assure​

If you require DSE (or Prescription safety) glasses: the procedure for provision of these can be found on the STFC area of the Source.
